In 2015, then Chelsea boss Mourinho was left incensed when she ran onto the pitch with chief physio Jon Fearn to treat an injured Eden Hazard during a Premier League match with Swansea.
The Special One was livid that the match was interrupted in injury time, as Chelsea pushed for a winner.
"I wasn’t happy with my medical staff because even if you are a medical doctor or secretary on the bench, you have to understand the game," he fumed at the final whistle.

Chelsea first-team doctor Eva Carneiro. Born in Gibraltar to a Spanish father and English mother, Eva studied medicine at Nottingham University before working in emergency surgery in the Highlands. She studied in Australia, did an MSc in London and a thesis at West Ham.

When did she join Chelsea?
After working at the British Olympic Medical Institute, helping athletes at the Beijing Olympics, and with the England Women’s football team. She joined the Blues in 2009 as reserve-team doctor.
Andre Villas-Boas brought her into the first-team fold in 2011.

Eva Carneiro (born 15 September 1973) is a Gibraltar-born British sports medicine specialist who is best known for serving as the first-team doctor of Chelsea from 2009 to 2015. Educated at the University of Nottingham, the Australasian College of Sports Physicians in Melbourne and Queen Mary University of London, she worked variously for West Ham United, the Public Health Department, the Olympic Medical Institute, and the England women's football team. Carneiro was employed by Chelsea in 2009, leaving her position under controversial circumstances in September 2015.
