Kyle Gallner began his acting career in his early teens out of Westchester, PA, debuting in the classic feature “Wet Hot American Summer.” From there, he moved to Los Angeles and has worked steadily in films such as Dreamworks’ “Red Eye” and Ariel Vromen’s “Danika,” opposite Marisa Tomei. Gallner’s big screen appearances also include leading roles in Fox Atomic's “Jennifer’s Body,” starring Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried, New Line Cinema's “Nightmare on Elm Street” produced by Michael Bay, and Lionsgate Films’ hit “A Haunting in Connecticut,” opposite Virginia Madsen.

Kyle Steven Gallner (born October 22, 1986) is an American actor. He is best known for his roles in Dear White People (2014), The Walking Dead (2010) and Veronica Mars (2004).

Biography

Gallner was born in Pennsylvania, to Larry and Mary Jane Gallner. He has three siblings: one older sister, one younger brother, and a younger sister.

He attended West Chester East High School and started his acting career by following his sister along to one of her auditions.

In September 2020, Gallner was cast in an undisclosed role in Scream (2022), later revealed fifth film Scream to be Vince Schneider.[1] In 2022, Gallner portrayed Joel in Smile and in 2024, reprised the role in Smile 2.
